Are these easy to hang?
Absolutely. Hang your print, framed print, or canvas print just like you would any other type of art.
Do you do custom sizes?
Indeed we can, but it depends. If you want something simple, yes. If you want something huge or super strange, we will try. We might have to contact a 3rd party printer to get the job done, but we are open to anything! Just shoot us an email or fill out the contact form.
How long does it take you to respond to emails and form submissions?
We try to respond as fast as humanly possible, but it's usually within a few hours. 24 hours at the most.
Can you create a custom drink for me?
For sure! Like above, just contact us and we will get right on it.
Does custom work cost extra?
Not really. We like to make our customers happy by giving them what they want. If you want a custom character, drink, or color combination, then just ask us at no additional cost. The only price difference applies to different art sizes to cover material costs.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate. Occasionally, minor modifications occur between printing runs. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days.
How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?
RoyalMallard.com verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly up to (1½"). If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days.
